The compensation code published only yesterday and promised to be working until March 1st, is now invalid.

The GMs were quickly pointed towards the error on the Discord server and came up with a solution almost immediately. Piccolo asked all players who have not yet redeemed the code on a given account to write a ticket to Customer Support.

The category ‘General’ can be chosen. Furthermore, it is imperative that you add a screenshot showing the invalid attempt at redeeming the code. This screenshot can be obtained by entering the code on the Webzen homepage and taking a screenshot of the error message.

Each case is to be judged individually. Should the examination end up positive, a new one-time-use code will be provided to you.

GM Piccolo now voiced the possibility of no ticket being necessary in order to shed light on the mystery of the invalid compensation code. We will keep you updated on any further news.
